Veronica serves as Operations Manager and primary Research at Baker Montgomery. In this capacity, she oversees research and manages knowledge management for the firm. In addition to these roles, she manages contractor relations, accounting functions and works directly with candidates and client organizations to assist in facilitating the recruiting process.

Veronica brings extensive research expertise to the organization. Upon graduation, she joined Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where she held numerous positions including management of the research and analytics team for the retail practice. Veronica later transitioned to Senn-Delaney, a retail consulting unit of Arthur Andersen, in a practice management capacity.

As an Arthur Andersen and Accenture alumni, Veronica compliments the firm with inside knowledge of large consulting firm operations, cultural characteristics, practice structures and human capital management policies and approaches. These skills, coupled with her knowledge of journalistic and consulting support research tools, as well as information technology based approaches to data acquisition and information management, provide a sound basis for the orchestration of Baker Montgomery's research efforts.

Veronica completed her degree in Journalism from Columbia College in Chicago.
