Sharon brings extensive experience in the professional services and information technology services sector. Her primary focus has been at the leadership level within professional services and leading entrepreneurial ventures backed by private equity investors. Her search experience spans all industries and includes functional areas such as; corporate strategy & operations, mergers and acquisitions, CFO advisory, marketing & sales, customer management, supply chain management, information technology and outsourcing. Sharon’s committed approach to executive level candidate acquisition, clear and focused emphasis on communications, career planning, and long-term relationships has given her unique perspective in terms of her ability to serve clients.

A particular area of focus, has been Sharon's ability to work with emerging strategy and niche-oriented management consulting firms to build executive teams.  She usually works as the primary search executive for these client firms, directing overall recruiting operations and personally placing key executives into national and international management positions.  Additionally, she has successfully led several client organizations through their evolution as entrepreneurial start-ups, transitioning into new corporate forms of operation.

Prior to founding Baker Montgomery, Sharon occupied roles on Wall Street in the securities industry and in marketing and sales management positions in the services and software sectors.
