Nancy has impressive multi-role and entrepreneurial experience in the information technology recruiting and search marketplace. She has recruited, at all levels, for a variety of organizations, including global publicly traded management consulting firms, start-up organizations, pre-IPO consulting firms, and Fortune 500 companies.

In 1991, Nancy co-founded a boutique information technology consulting firm that specialized in providing enterprise and application architecture consulting resources to Fortune 500 companies. In 1998, she and her partners sold the company to a well-known global management consulting firm.

Nancy earned her degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois.
