Jeff brings 16 years of experience in the professional services arena to his role as a principal at Baker Montgomery. He specializes in search engagements within professional services firms, industry leading corporations and private-equity backed startups. Jeff's experience in the industry spans all industries and includes functional areas such as corporate strategy, operations, technology, CFO advisory and human capital. In addition to broader recruiting experience, he has developed a specific reputation for successfully recruiting senior talent in niche areas surrounding Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy.

Among his accomplishments, Jeff helped to build, from the ground up, a technology services group for a leading global management consulting firm where he oversaw the recruitment of over 300 people into this highly successful practice. Jeff has deep experience developing new recruiting functions and in turning existing recruiting operations into world-class recruiting functions. Additionally, he has implemented and delivered training in best-of-class interviewing processes & techniques.

Prior to joining Baker Montgomery in 2006, Jeff spent time within the professional services industry, in both consulting and recruiting roles with global consulting industry leaders such as Accenture, DiamondCluster International, and Deloitte Consulting. His extensive knowledge of the consulting marketplace, combined with his reputation for recruiting excellence within that marketplace, has enabled his success in working with our clients.

Jeff completed his undergraduate degree at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He holds a Business degree in Computer Information Systems and Marketing.
